We are thinking of adolescents aged about 12-18 years. At what age are there signs of vasclar changes. This aged group start to be independent and have peer pressures and often go into denial about their diabetes.
Loiuse Stuart in Manchester UK has done a lot as has Sue Barnett ex United Bristol healthcare trust UK now with university of West of England, Sue's PhD was about neuropathy and off loading but i am sure part of it was noting neuropathy in adolescents too.
