Can anyone explain why the HPC needs to validate courses for the use of POM's at post grad level when these same Universities are already validated to teach the same courses at undergrad level.
I take it us graduates need special treatment, maybe we are thick ?
Perhaps I could ask the opposite? As the role of the HPC is too protect the public, surely the public would expect them to validate any course associated with POMs.
There has been little in the way of postgraduate courses for podiatrists for the last 25 years so you can excuse yourself from any form of CPD.
I am afraid when it comes to professional advancement you are on your own.
Take my advice, join the courses approved for dentists and doctors get the necessary validation certificates which satisfy your insurers. Otherwise you may be waiting a long time to progress beyond basics.
