We’re looking for a Podiatrist to work part-time two days a week as an independent contractor. You will be required to pay your own taxes and social security. This position could potentially lead to full-time position, depending on compatibility, desire and patient volume.

We have two offices:
1) East Orange, NJ
2) Cresskill, NJ

You must meet the following minimum requirements:
1) Be fully licensed in the State of New Jersey as a Podiatrist.
2) Have current malpractice insurance, NJ CDS License and Federal DEA
3) Be willing to work for percentage only. Starting at 35% through 2009, and 40% starting in 2010 (based on date of service) of all gross revenue for patient’s that you have seen (cost for Durable Medical Equipment will not be included as gross revenue – example: Orthotics that cost $100 would be subtracted from the gross revenue before determining the percentage).
4) Be able to work at either of our offices.
5) Be willing to visit nursing homes, apartment buildings and private homes, if needed.

Additional desired qualifications
1) Admitting privileges at any of the following hospitals: Holy Name Hospital, Englewood Hospital, East Orange General Hospital, St. Barnabas Hospital (Livingston)
2) Admitting privileges at any additional hospitals in the East Orange, NJ or Cresskill, NJ area.
3) Multi-lingual
4) PM&S-36 Residency Training
5) Experience using Dox Podiatry EMR software
