Default UK due to graduate looking to move to OZ

Podiatry Arena members do not see these ads
Im a 22 year old third year student due to graduate this year and im very keen to move out to Australia ASAP. Is it possible that i will be able to come next year and start work with a view to buying a house.
Just wondering if anybody can give me any information what so ever regarding the whole process, experience needed and visas, sponsorship etc as i dont really have a clue where to start. and any information given will be very gratefully recieved. HELP!!!!

i am not sure of the exact process but i understand that you need to sit an exam to trfr registration over.
? need to be sponsored also.
We are looking for a pod at our sports medicine practice. please reply if you are interested and i will forward more info
