Default Heel pain questionnaire

Podiatry Arena members do not see these ads
Hi,

I'm looking for a heel pain questionnaire (hopefully evidence-based / standardised in some way), preferably relating to occupational health, but generic would do to get started.

Does anyone know where to get a copy of one, or used one that they've found effective?

My target group are retail workers, who are spending long hours on their feet, so I was hoping for questions relating to type of surface standing on, footwear type, weight, age, sex, distance walked / hours stood etc.etc.

I've not yet come up with anything from my searches, so any help would be fantastic!

Thanks!

Thanks for that.......however, it would appear that I can't get a copy of this questionnaire without paying $150 for it (including data analysis software). Is this your impression to?
