On call handling, potential new patients always should be greeted and engaged with a strong first impression. If your office staff isn't pleasant, organized, informed, or engaging, patients may see that as a reflection of you, or the doctor. It is important to make them feel comfortable whether it be on the phone, in the office or waiting room, and after their visit.
