Does anyone know of any references to the effects of circulatory 'stagnation' in wheelchair users, leading to ulceration of the feet? I know it sounds like common sense but these days one has to have evidence and I have found difficulty getting any. I suppose it would be a difficult thing to study but maybe someone knows of anecdotal evidence which has been written up?
