Patient - 45 year old male, recently started playing soccer.
Neutral RFoot to FFoot. RCSP - 0 degrees both feet. In gait, patient pronating in Left RFoot and abducting in FFoot. No problems in Right foot. Slight LLD (5mm longer right).
Left medial ache - probably Post. Tib. Dysfunction? ... but what would be causing the lateral sharp pain experienced in this same foot - distal to lateral malleoli - could it be referred pain from tarsal tunnel syndrome????
