yep toooooo many handling errors ~20-5 at one stage, and some inappropriate choices but always seemed to be capable of scoring, fantastic defence by the b boks and hougeerd? kicked his goals last night ...they seemed to miss kelleher until leonard came on, though i could see how frustrating for kiwi fans it would have been as it took sooo long till the blacks got their first try .... my investment on the ab's for the rwc seems a tad more secure, the french the only problem methinks, can't wait
a classic game of rugby union. shame the boks couldn't go the distance. as they say it's a game of 80 mins and the all blacks steped it up in the last 20. understrength or not, they're still the springboks.
i think "b-side" springboks did well against NZ. NZ handling errors a shocker for an A-side! and lets not mention the numerous mistakes by the ref, missing forward passes, knock-ons, and what seemed to be blatent NZ bias, when it came to pealty vs yellow cards.
bring on the rwc!

ives my man, a tad one-eyed? .... dickenson, definitely isn't the best ref being he's somewhere at kaplan's level, but being a complete neutral i thought he had one of his better games .... interestingly the kiwis loath him as being so anti-allblack

i have a saffer as a brother-in-law (great bloke) and he gives me the same hoo-haa about how the boks are picked on >> mind you i loveeeee nothing better than watching the bok and black flankers smashing each other, all the best (and commiserations for the rwc)
nice one. rub it in.
i'm not too diassapointed seeing it was our "B-team" or was it the "C-team" that managed to force so many handling errors from the all blacks, and things only started to turn late in the second half.
bad news Paolo, can't remember. ever, seeing an all-black 'take-it-easy'. The scrum yes i believe that because they're going to obliterate the portuguese, amateurs or not, all the best, mark c, maybe you shouldn't watch it
they're going to obliterate the portuguese, amateurs or not
108 to 13

With Ireland peaking at Croke Park earlier this year, Argentina beating the French, it is looking like NZ v France 1/4's at Cardiff.
Now remember 1999 a very over confident All Blacks had all but burried the French then - soudainement un affichage magnifique de rugby courant avec le talent et la vision que l'anglais peut seulement rêver de ! !
The All Blacks have a track record of choking at World Cup 1/4's

Cardiff is the city that not only hosts the filming of Dr Who but is the capital of Wales and arguably the real centre for rugby football. No surprise then to learn Cardiff’s sport shops supply rugby boots for larger than normal feet. Something Fijian players were particularly looking forward to prior to their fixture with Canada in the Rugby World Cup 2007 France. The well portioned fellows with big feet were seen carrying bags full of extra large rugby boots just prior to their victory over Canada. The Fijians won by 13 points, lucky for some.
Mr Toeslayer, back on your medication methinks, the bonny scots might have beaten the romanians, bless them, but will be decimated on the weekend, and if matfield falls on his shoulder again i can't see the boks getting past the quarter-finals, maybe i should have some of that medication myself?, all the best, mark c
I hear the All Blacks are going to dropping the "Haka". From now on they will be doing the Heimlich.
All of us down in South Africa, the land of Green and Gold are doing backflips.
I also heard that Wonderbra NZ, has brought out a new bra... all the support, but no cup.
What makes me happiest of all is that after all the winging by the Wallabies and All Blacks about the Springboks during the Tri-Nations, about sending a 'B-SIDE' squad and shoulden't be allowed to play in future Tri-Nations, etc. etc. waa, waa, waa.
Look who is smiling now. the boys in green and gold.
Maybe it's because Jake White saw the bigger picture and remembered that it was World Cup year, and Tri-Nations comes second.
With that in mind, and with most of the First squad in place, Jake used the Tri-Nations to rest some of the Big Guns and test some of the newbies.
I wonder if the World Champion Springboks will be allowed to play in Tri-Nations 2008. Oh can we please play against the QUARTER FINALISTS.
oh well time for me to celebrate, ahve another beer and revel your demise.
Well done the Bokke!!, but I have to admit a anti-climatic feeling of not beating the best Rugby tream in the world - Chokers or not. well maybe next time.
So with humility I am glad to be a Bokke Supporter and will not stoop the any team bashing, and shall wait for the next round of domineering All Black Play for the next four years.
