JAPMA has won an Award of Excellence in the 2007 APEX Awards for Publication Excellence competition. The awards are based on “excellence in graphic design, editorial content, and the success of the entry in achieving overall communications effectiveness and excellence.” This is the sixth consecutive year in which JAPMA has won this award.
JAPMA was one of 65 entries in its subcategory to win an Award of Excellence. Overall, there were nearly 5,000 entries in 105 individual subcategories, including 871 entries in the “Magazines & Journals” major category.
The competition is sponsored by Communications Concepts, Inc, a Springfield, Virginia-based company that provides consulting services to organizations in the communications field.
