Dealt with an abusive private message for allowing some porn to be posted (it was in Spanish, so I missed it on first pass)
Dealt with someone who was unhappy their thread was taken from public view (it was only moved as there was some inappropriate posts and I won't be in the mood to deal with it until later)
Locked another thread as it was heading in a direction that was of no use to anyone
Edited the title of 3 threads, so they are more reflective of the content of the thread
Dealt with some legal issues over comments in a thread and some allegations of who the real identity of a certain poster is - as its subject to legal action, I shut it down
And its still breakfast time....and I have real work to do and a couple a crying Arena'ettes to deal with. More on spam here. Hope your day is becoming more enjoyable ...

Going to Europe for a belated honeymoon for 2 months, in 2 weeks. Therefore, limited appointment spaces left before I leave, and when I'm gone, less than normal amounts of time for patients to see locum will be available.
With that in mind, two patients failed to attend today. Called both. Both completely forgot. Rescheduled both for tomorrow. One (the one who has nasty feet and requires a double appointment) had to be scheduled partly in my lunch break, so she insists on bringing me lunch tomorrow. Mmmm... can't wait. Something about organic dark rye bread and tomatoes... She also wants to pay me for today.
I'll let you know what my mystery lunch order consisted of.
Now there's no available appointments until I leave. But at least I'll have lunch tomorrow. Don't know when I'll eat it, though.
