The ABC are reporting:
ACCC accuses orthodontists of price-fixing
Quote:
Australia's consumer watchdog has started legal proceedings against three northern Tasmanian orthodontists.

The Australian Competition and Consumer Competition will allege that Antanas Stankevicius, Sawindar Ranu and Paul Crowe have been involved in breaches of the Trade Practices Act, including price fixing.

The orthodontists have surgeries in Launceston, Devonport and Burnie.

A hearing has been set down for the 16th of October.
