Estimado compañero.

El término "ojo de gallo" es utlizado por los pacientes para nuestro término científico "heloma", "helomata", "corn" o quizás "callus".

Se refieren al "ojo de gallo" por el nucleo que presenta, en forma circular y que recuerda a un ojo.

Espero te haya servido la aclaración. Si no es así, no dudes en volver a preguntar.

Por cierto, que buen español escribes !. Me gustaría escribir igual de bien en inglés !

Hola a todos!
Me gustaría hacer una pequeña aportacion a lo que dice mi compañero podoalf. El "ojo de gallo" u "ojo de pollo" se les suele denominar principalmente a los helomas interdigitales o Helomas de Molle o en fondo de saco.
