Heres a link to more newspaper articles if you want, While its a bit serious in nature and may have some things for us to consider biomechanically and if we do, to follow on from Simon ZOOS (Zones of optimal stress) and ZOOLS (Zones of optimal leg stiffness) and new one ZOOBBH ( Zones of Optimal Belly Button Height)
