I have a patient who is on workman's comp.I treat her for ankle pain related to her job.Obviously,I bill workman's comp for any medically necessary services.As I observed her,I noticed scaling on her feer and I prescribed Loprox.Obviously,I CANNOT bill WC for this diagnosis.Can I bill her other insurance for it?And if she is uninsured other than that,should I charge her?
