Eastern Health: Box Hill Hospital
An exciting podiatry position has become available at Box Hill Hospital. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic podiatrist capable of leading both the in-patient and out-patient high-risk podiatry service. Experience is required in leadership and also in an acute high-risk environment. Post-graduate qualifications will be highly regarded. This position will continue to grow the podiatry services provided to inpatients with high-risk foot problems. It will also establish a service to those patients of Eastern Health on renal replacement therapy and expand Emergency department consultation.
Eastern Health Podiatry provides services across all of the main Eastern Health sites, with a staff of 12 podiatrists (9 EFT). This encompasses acute, sub acute and community health services. The successful candidate will become part of the podiatry professional leadership group, provide support to the current part-time staff at Box Hill, represent podiatry on appropriate local committees and contribute to the overall Eastern Health Podiatry Department.
Applicants must be registered to practice podiatry in Victoria. All applications should address the key selection criteria outlined in the position description.
