usual TV sensational intro..the chap in the shop claims...

TV Dude....."all that from..well lets be honest..its just material..no support"

he does go on to give a mild warning about building up ..but also says people run marathons in them.
Cue scientific testing.....initial comments.".look ugly ..feel weird"
Evaluation...-too little support /i feel like a dick / ..all not positive
Then to RS...scan bare feet vs. The finger....-"no improvement....actually a small increase in pronation.." when wearing the vibram...thus more risk"
Then Jeanne Pierre explains fore foot landing effect of the vibram....and finally does not recommend it due to increased chances of injuries.."stress fractures"
especially not for beginners or general runner (..normal people?)
Final word..trainer...use it for during exercises .trampoline jumping etc..to strengthen muscles...but..to run? No.
