hola,

Tengo una paciente de 40 años con un papiloma en la cabeza del IV metatarsiano de varios años de evolución. Empezamos a tratar con ácido nítrico y se ha reducido pero llevamos muchos meses con el tratamiento (8 meses), y no se elimina por completo. Era bastante grande y esta formada por pequeños islotes, como si fueran varias.
la paciente empezó a tomar homeopatía hace varios meses.

Me gustaría saber si debo seguir con el tratamiento y si hay un tiempo máximo de tratamiento con ácido nítrico.

Tras tantos años sin remisión esta indicada una biopsia antes de comenzar a tratarlo.

Topical 5% 5 Fluorouracil cream applied twice daily.

Podiatrists role is to reduce overlying and surrounding stratum corneum. Success of treatment is dependent upon easy access of the drug to the rapidly dividing cells which means frequent reduction of overlying callus.
