    I have also attached a pdf copy of the paper.

    I suggest everyone read it that is interested in the link between the excessively pronated foot and foot and lower extremity injury.

    Add this one to the one by Yates and White (Yates B, White S: The incidence and risk factors in the development of medial tibial stress syndrome among naval recruits. Am J Sp Med, 32:772-780, 2004), as being prospective studies that both show a significant increase in foot and lower extremity injury in individuals with excessively pronated feet.
