Are any clinicians able to purchase either liquified Phenol BP 89% or the phenol EZ swabs? The usual supplier has told me that they are unable to supply at the moment.
Thanks in advance, Poll

Try DLT I have just recieved an order I placed about 3-4 months ago, I have found an alternative supplier but the ez swabs are very good and I would recommend them
They aren't CE marked which prohibits their use in the NHS but the problem has only recently come to light. This is why if you look they dont actually come with a COSSH data sheet or expiration date or any of the usual safety stuff.
I believe they are trying to deal with this but its not something tha happens over night
