Gait and Clinical Movement Analysis Society 2013 Meeting
The 2013 GCMAS Meeting will be held May 14-17, 2013 at the Hilton Netherland Plaza in Cincinnati, OH. The meeting will be hosted locally by Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center.
Join us in Cincinnati to take part in an exciting scientific program featuring podium sessions, poster sessions, and case study sessions. Browse the Exhibit Hall, which will feature products and services from exhibitors from Tuesday through Thursday. Attend keynote lectures from two distinguished researchers and tutorials and workshops on a wide range of topics, as well as symposia on Career Planning and Research.
Don’t be overwhelmed by the science—make time for socializing and catching up with colleagues as well. The Welcome Reception on Tuesday evening will take place in the Exhibit Hall. Prior to the Welcome Reception, all student members, as well as mentors in the GCMAS Mentorship Program, are invited to the Student Mixer. Make plans to attend our closing gala banquet on the evening of Thursday, May 16.
And don’t miss the chance to experience Cincinnati! Across from Fountain Square in the heart of downtown, the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza hotel is within the Carew Tower complex. Take the skywalk to Macy’s, Tiffany & Co., and Saks Fifth Avenue, or walk less than four blocks to more than 90 shops and restaurants. Experience easy access to the sports stadiums, the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center, art museums and The Banks, one of Cincinnati’s newest entertainment districts. Nestled between Paul Brown Stadium (home of the Bengals) and Great American Ballpark (home of the Reds), the Banks connects the Central Business District to the waterfront via a spectacular riverfront park which features bike trails, fountains, a concert green and great views of the Ohio River. Originally the epicenter of freight rail for the western portion of the United States, The Banks has been transformed into the linchpin to a 24/7 vibrant waterfront--a truly live, work, play neighborhood.
We look forward to seeing you in Cincinnati!
